I certainly don’t …
I certainly don’t think the UN is the answer- and the documentary in no way promotes the UN.

As far as illegal …
As far as illegal wars go, who determines illegality? Or war criminals for that matter? The UN? A feckless, incompetent and downright harmful organization? If you think the UN is the answer, ask the 100,000 Rwandans who died due to the cowardice and illegal acts of the UN.

Google the article: …
Google the article: Canada’s secret contribution to the war in Iraq.
I swear because of Canada’s propoganda (primarily anti-American) its citizens are more oblivious than Americans.
My comment is aimed at the flag-waving, boasting Canadians who are difficult to get along with while traveling and working abroad, not to the ones who are friendly and open-minded.

I must admit that I do not agree to her pessimist vision of our nation. Of course, we did several mistakes, but in comparison of several other countries, who was the worst? If we take a look on many other powerful nations, well, Canada seems to be the lest worst at all, and probably the most helpful one. Although, those videos are always good to unveil the dark faces of a government, but still, we shouldn’t take this for cash.

Is Canada taking a …
Is Canada taking a stand by barring a British anti-war MP from speaking in Canada on a hot topic, allowing George W. Bush (war criminal) into the country against our own laws and international laws, and by deporting US war resisters who refuse to participate in an illegal war built on lies?
We rarely take a stand. Lately we’re just as fascist as Israel or the US in our policies. Did you know Canada voted against Aboriginal Rights in the UN and also voted in favour of Israeli atrocities in Gaza?

Is it really …
Is it really plausible to be liked by everyone? All this means is that you are unwilling to take a stand on a contentious issue. Canada has always taken a stand, especially in war. Before you get upset the answer has not always been yes… Vietnam and Iraq come to mind.
